(Gah, this thing requires explaination!) Okay, so, first of all, yes that is Zuko spinning Katara around there. I know, it’s hard to tell without his scar, or the oni mask.>_< But this is a scene from  ’s Blutara (Blue Spirit/Katara) fanfic called “When the Mask Comes Off.” They’re at this little neutral port during All Spirits Day and everybody’s in masks, and they get dragged into this contest that they win, and Katara jumps into Zuko’s arms and he spins around to keep his balance, and… Oh, go read the fanfic! --> [link](Btw, that couple on the stage to the left is Akemi and Midori, ~Lady-Rai-Frost's OCs) (and the girl in the crowd with the looped hair is my own OC  )Anyway, I like how Katara turned out in this, and the line drawing, not sure about the rest. And I’m very annoyed at how nobody in this festival is wearing their masks or looking at the damn stage!! Things I didn’t notice till well past the ink stage.  This was inked in Photoshop, colored in Painter, then rescued in Photoshop. Time taken: DAYS longer than it should have. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
