Anyone else wondering what happened to that nifty little item of hers? :XD: I'm mocking you, Katara.

This is just a bit of celebration for the new Avatar episode tomorrow.:D It's gonna rule!! We'll meet the earth king, finally! Not to mention, poor sick Zuko! *gasp* Yay.
Also, I wanted to be awesome like and and do some kind of funny gag strip, but halfway through this I realized I was putting waaaay too much work into something I'm not even sure is funny.>_< Heh. Around the second day of inking is when that hit me. Like, "Wow, I'm still doing this duma** gagstrip?"
Ah well. It became an exercise for me to see if I could do the Avatar style without warping it too much. I think I did pretty well, cept for the eyes which are definitely still my style.^^
After this though, I've reached the conclusion that I absolutely adore the Avatar style and the design of every main character... except Aang. Sorry Hun, I still love you! *hug*
While looking for reference for the "item window" I found this wicked little item creator for WoW:[link] It's cute.^^

Major freaking edit: OK, THAT'S KATARA HOLDING THE VIAL IN THE FINALE PREVIEW, AND THAT'S ZUKO'S SCAR SHE'S TOUCHING. *cough* So, I guess that's settled.^^

I freaked out in many ways! Good and bad! I was mad about Zuko at the time, and not a little crushed over the death of Zutara, but it was amazing, and so unexpected in every way. XD

but, OK, spoilers, They went to fight the dy lea (I SO did not spell that right) then Jet got hurt, they fought Azula, and flew away with the earth king, all in the same day, and/or night, they never went back to their temporary house in Ba Sing Say (I didn't spell that right either DX)
